
The application of audio visual entrainment and biofeedback technology are used to teach clients how to be aware and in control of their breathing, heart rate, and brainwaves.
We offer two levels of service. One is "personal training for the mind" which is a system that teaches one how to obtain control over breathing and brainwaves which leads to improved focus, enhanced creativity, relaxation, stress reduction, and sleep improvement.
The other which is less involved is "mind massages" which do not require any comment and allow client to come in and simply escape the pressures of the day and learn about themselves.
Sessions normally last 45 to 60 minutes and begin with an bio-feedback assessment that measures your anxiety, stress level, and breathing. All sessions begin with a conversation about what you are current goals. During this time we monitor your stress level and then we begin the program. Improvements in stress levels are automatic.
These programs teach you how to gain control over your brainwaves. The benefit of different frequencies allows the brain to adjust to daily stress, prepare your brain for optimum sleep.
